Incentive Rate Setting

The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has approved the Incentive Rate-Setting Mechanism (IRM) application filed by Renfrew Hydro Inc. for new Electricity Distribution Rates effective January 1, 2025. As a result of this Decision, a typical residential customer of Renfrew Hydro consuming 750 kWh per month, would see their monthly bill increase by $2.16. This change does not factor in applicable taxes or the Ontario Electricity Rebate.
