Renfrew Hydro offers a variety of convenient payment options to help you make simple, on-time payments. Choose the method that works best for you and remember to allow enough time for your payment to reach us by the due date — processing times may vary based on the payment method selected.
Pay by Credit Card
Credit card payments can be made through Paymentus Corporation, a secure third-party service provider service. Paymentus is available over the phone at 1-877-506-2987 or online. Please be advised Paymentus charges a convenience fee for this service—Renfrew Hydro does not receive any portion of this fee.
Online Banking / Telephone Banking
Renfrew Hydro is linked to all major banks and financial institutions so you can process payments through online banking or telephone banking – whenever it works best for you.
To get started, follow these simple steps:
- Login to your financial institution’s website or app
- Add “Renfrew Hydro Inc.” as a payee
- Enter your 10-digit account number located on your bill to ensure your payment is posted to your account promptly

In-Person Banking
You can also pay your bill in person at a bank or through an automatic teller machine (ATM). You will need the remittance voucher or a copy of your bill to make a payment.
Mail your Payment
Prefer to mail your payment? Just add a stamp and pop your remittance voucher along with a cheque or money order made payable to Renfrew Hydro Inc. in the mail.
