In 2014, the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) launched the Electricity Distributor Scorecards to enhance transparency and accountability among Ontario’s electricity. Each year, distributors are required to report their performance results and make them publicly available.

The Scorecard provides a standardized way to measure and track how well each utility is performing. It aims to promote efficient operations, continuous productivity improvements, and a stronger focus on service areas that matter most to customers.
