As of May 23, 2025, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has implemented a nationwide overtime ban, which is causing mail delivery delays across Canada. Canada Post continues to operate; however, customers may experience slower delivery times for bills and mail-in payments.

Remember, it is your responsibility to keep your account up to date, even during a postal service disruption.

Customers are encouraged to take advantage of Paperless Billing, Pre-Authorized Payment and myAccount to access their account information and due dates. You can pay your bill through online banking, telephone banking or in person at any bank.

Please refrain from mailing payments during the disruption, as they may not reach us by the due date.
